What are Flobaze calendars?

Calendars are simply not different from what you know them to be in other apps. When you create a form, you sometimes accept dates like leave dates and resumption dates. Calendars help you organize them in a calendar view and quickly understand where a date selected in your forms are placed on a calendar view.

How to create a calendar

Calendars depend on your forms just like KPI insights. As shown below, to create a calendar select "Calendars" on the side navigation and your current calendars will be shown as shown below.

To create a new calendar, click on the + Calendar button and dialog will appear as shown below. Select the form you want to create the calendar for and save as shown below.

When a calendar is created it will automatically detect dates on the form and create events for them on the calendar. if you make changes to the form and want them to reflect, you will have to re-sync the form with the calendar.
